They were hired via my insurance company to fix 2 windows and my back gate. They have been giving me the run around with starting my project and is holding my money hostage stating they they require more money after accepting the money that my insurance company gave them and working on a start date 3 times. They initially had someone come out to measure the damage, he said it would take 2-3 weeks. After no call in 2-3 weeks, I called Agma and they stated that I owed a $1500 deductible which I replied that I didnt because my insurance company gave them everything they needed to do the work. After my claims adjuster talked to them, they said they were working on my start date. After no word from them again, I called back and they said that I owed $1500 again. I told them we had already been through this and I notified my claims adjuster again to which she called them again and said I shouldnt have anymore issues with them. I then received an email from Agma right after Christmas with an invoice stating that I owed $1500 again. I called a lawyer and he stated that I need to call **** and request everything that my insurance gave them about my claim. I asked for it and they said that they would call their project manager, *****. ***** was on vacation with no set date to return. I called my adjuster again, she talked to them. I called them a week later and they said they need to send someone out again to remeasure. He came out 01/15/25 and stated that theyll call back in 2 days and start working early next week (01/20 or 01/21) as it was a 1 day job. No call from them. I call 01/20 and they said that the measurements changed and they demand more money from my insurance company. I warned my adjuster about this several weeks ago when they initially stated they needed to remeasure. They are refusing the job and is holding my money hostage and wont at least start in something. Its below 0 degrees in ******* and I run the risk of more damage to my home.

    Good morning.

we are working with the insurance and we are feeder vendor. We went through lot of background checks and trainings to be professional at our work.

    Unfortunately we cannot satisfied everyone.

this homeowner just signed work authorization with us last week and we promised that we will work on her claim this week  we sent our technician for pre walk through since weve noticed that insurance estimate wasnt enough financially  the same day weve applied for revisions which where under her adjuster review  weve been working on timely matter.

we would like to add that homeowner never paid any invoice from us. Also when homeowner called us on Saturday started to swear and called my employees who told me about that immediately and I personally took the phone and explained nice to Mrs ***** but she never stopped swearing

we kindly withdraw from her claim and this review from this homeowner is nothing but the hate

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying and have been lying since day 1. I have attached email proof that I signed everything over a month ago. I didnt sign anything else after that. Also, they sent someone out almost 2 months ago to measure the damage, to which he told me to give it 2-3 weeks to begin work. Where are those measurements? Why the need to send a 2nd ****** out to remeasure after you told me twice that you were working on a start date? Even the 2nd ****** to come out to remeasure said that this was a small job and will be completed in 1 day early the next week. Also, I owe absolutely nothing. My insurance gave them the balance from my claim which is more than enough for my small project, and my insurance adjuster had to call them several times to tell them that, to which they accepted my adjusters answer and kept saying that they were working on my start date after these conversations. Also, there has been zero communication initiated on Agmas part. I have to call them to request all updates. The small damage done to my home is NOT worth $4331.80 plus an additional $1500 that they keep saying I owe. All I have are 2 broken windows and a wooden gate that is off the hinge. I didnt even pay that much to have the fence built. What AgmaPlus is doing is called fraud and that is illegal. I need my windows fixed immediately, it is below 0 degrees and I cant stay in that house until its fixed. Ive spoken with several contractors since and they said that my damage isnt worth all that money and have since given me reasonable quotes well within the amount that my insurance company gave them. I want nothing to do with this shady business. I have been more than understanding with this company. I have been more than reasonable and respectful with this company even after getting the run around every time I contact them. Im frustrated, Im fed up and Im out of patience with this company. Its obvious theyre not going to do the job, which is fine now, Ive accepted that fact. I just want my money back so that I can give it to one of the licensed contractors that I found that can fix my home now with no questions asked. To be clear, let me repeat what I request from this company: A full refund.

    Sincerely,

Yes I do agree that youve signed the contract with us on Dec 17th due to the Bulgarzy at your property. ************** sent us the assignment, same as the other company at 9/28 calls PLNAR Snap. Why your contract ended up with other company ? We have witnesses how you sweared on our employees which wasnt polite at all. We have not received any payment to cover repairs at your property. Maybe 3rd party did. Please first confirm who your insurance paid and then contact us.

To answer your question why we had to come back ti remeasure is because your carpentry material needs special order.

We wish you good luck with the project. We never revise insurance estimates until our subcontractors or technicians or suppliers confirms is needed.

    Please stop contacting our business.

    Thank you !

You send someone out to remeasure a month and a half after the 1st measurement because they were custom order? Why wasnt the 1st measurements sufficient and why so much time in between measurements? That doesnt sound right. Why was the initial 2-3 week wait period not sufficient enough time to order the customized items even after the 1st *** said so? Also, if a 3rd company had the funds, why the run around with me for the $1500 deductible? Why the email for the invoice for the $1500? Why not contact the 3rd party company and get the money from them, especially after all of the times that my claims adjuster called you to let you know that you had access to the funds? Why not just tell me that there was a 3rd party company holding the funds? There was no communication initiated by you at all. You have inadequate employees who dont know what theyre doing and it wasnt until I demanded a straight answer that all of this is coming about. Youre trying to cover your tail, but I have proof. Also, that email proves that you lied about me signing the documents just last week to get things started (among other things). Those were signed well over a month ago. Some restoration company you are. Ive never heard of a company getting money from the insurance company and then turning around and asking the client for additional funds. Wouldnt you contact the insurance company for the funds? So many questions and no answers. Ill gladly never contact you again. Stay shady!

    Sincerely,
