    I live in the neighboring state and it's been 7 days and counting, 1 email via their website, and a chat message and the package hasn't arrived. I've also emailed their shipper *** and opened a ticket (crickets).
    I have tracked it and it's bounced all over my state, passing by my house twice as it goes south to north, then back again. Am I paying for one shipping cost and getting the cheapest? I don't know.
    It's been a repeated process with this company, and I don't need the headache anymore. A couple of times I can see, but when it becomes a "Method of Operation", I'll pass.
    Compare ( I have the emails). I ordered from another company 5 states away on Mar 26 and I received theirs on the 31st with the same basic shipping.
    I receive notice that Rainbow shipped my package on March 25. I'm still waiting on it, and it's a small package. (Rainbow Resource is in my neighboring state. Their shipping office is 200mi away) No delivery date is still given.
    It's just not acceptable and it's holding up my work I need to get done.
    If you order from Rainbow Resource don't expect it to be on time 90%+/-
    You can't rely on them to be there.

    Deserves negative stars. Lied to me about a product being available that I desperately needed immediately. Then took their sweet time to ship the rest of my order even though I paid for expedited shipping. Now the package is conveniently lost in the mail. They are liars and thieves and I will be doing everything I possibly can to get my money back and letting everyone know how awful they are. I’m not sure if this falls under the federal offense of mail fraud but I’m certainly going to find out.
