    I parked my car in the wrong spot (totally my fault) then got into a car accident which took broke both my legs. So my car is towed on January 27 2022. My sister was there (she grabbed all of my belongings) he told her to contact me to offer me $100 for my title, I declined because thats my only form of transportation. I call them after my surgery to see if I could just get my belongings out of my car after stating that I'm in the hospital. After a verbal disagreement he told me he didn't care what happened he didn't even care if I was dead the answer is no. Fast forward I remember him offering $100 dollars for my title so I call him back to take up that offer just to get my thing out of the car we agreed. So that day comes which is February 9th 2022 I send my brother to give him the title which I assume is in my car because thats where I left it. I don't know about the conversation him and my brother had. The deal didn't get done because my title wasn't in the car (which is kind of my fault). I call back after my brother head back to my sisters' house to get the title on February 13th 2023 (thats when he said he had free time). He told my brother that after the title situation (which was an honesty mistake) he got with police they gave him some sort of paperwork for the title and he junked it. I called him he repeated the same thing to me after my brother offered to pay for the car to get out. He has blocked every number that I tried to contact him on.
