      We took our brand new KIA ********* to ********************************* at the end of May 2022. He was supposed to do a chrome delete on our vehicle. He had promised that he was well qualified to do this type of vinyl work and we trusted his word because we have taken vehicle to him in the past for window tinting. When we got our vehicle back from *******, the work that he had done on the chrome delete was awful and not fully finished. There were several places that the vinyl was not straight, there were bubbles in the vinyl, the bike racks on the top were only partially covered, he had cut places of the rubber seal around my windows, there were places that were immediately peeling, he had used black paint to try and cover the chrome where he did not get it covered with the vinyl etc. when we picked our car up, we called him and he said to bring it back so he could fix it. I pointed out multiple places and he insisted that he could fix it all but couldnt do it all that night. He worked on it for a couple of hours and when we got it back it still looked terrible. We told him how unhappy we were and he told us several times he wants to make it right and was capable of doing so. We paid him for part of his time with the understanding that he would fix everything and then get paid the rest at a later date. We contacted **** several times, at first he kept saying he was busy. Then he said how I shouldnt gotten the nightfall edition of the telluride bc I was not able to be pleased. He blamed me and acted like I was being unreasonable. We sent him several pictures to show what was not done right and at that point just wanted our money back. After several attempts, we just had it fixed elsewhere. The person who fixed it informed us that it was some of the very worst vinyl work that he has ever seen. He said he tried and tried to get the paint off that **** used and he could not remove it all. He also noticed the rubber seals that had been cut by ****. We had paid **** $460 on 5/28/2022
