    I called in to Applied Systems in August 2022. I asked to cancel all of our users, except for one. That one was to have (read only) access. The man I talked to was very helpful. He logged in to our system and did everything I asked. I asked if there was anything else we need to do. He said no. The next month we were charge the full amount again. So I called in again and was told I need to send the person that I was currently on the phone with an email to make the changes....... So on 10/25/22 I sent an email to cancel all users, we no longer wanted their service. I did not want to be charged again. They cancelled our service on 10/25, and took away all of our access to Applied Systems. But they charged the full amount again for November. I have called, emailed. The only answer I get is that we were set up for EFT. So they took out one more month and do not give refunds. I do not see how a company can charge you for a service that you do not have, because the billing was EFT. I should be refunded for the change in users and for the month they took out after our service was cancelled.

    Applied Systems is unable to respond in detail to Complainant as he has failed to provide sufficient information to identify his account.  Complainant will need to provide his business name and Client ID.

    **********************, however, responds generally that we have an official process for cancellations, including reaching out to our billing team or the customer's sales representative.  We would encourage Complainant to take those actions rather than contact Support. We look forward to resolving the matter between our businesses.

    I have contacted support a number of times. Support refers me to my sales rep. I have called and emailed my sales rep. many many times. I am either told that they do not give refunds or they do not respond at all.
