Date of Transaction: 6/6/23 Purchase Amount: $6,995.00 Purchased Item: Double Door (LIM-BATCH Gryf-B double - french aluminium entry door - SKU: LIM-BATCH Gryf-B double)Warrenty: The door have a 5 year warranty (Doors named LIM (aluminium) - 5-year warranty), mentioned in their FAQ website as well: ***************************************** Expectation of Item: A new double door without defect. Dispute Reason: A big very visible white spot (5 inch height) on the exterior facing door. The door color is dark grey, so that white spot is very visible. When I take the wrapping paper of the door, the spot is already there.Did the business try to fix it? Yes, they ask me to buy a cleaner to fix, I did and it didnt work. I email back to them saying it didnt work and asking for next step. They ignore me and didnt reply back like nothing happened. I tried to call them in their website contact us page, no one pick up the phone all the time. I am not sure if that phone number even works.

I am not sure this is the correct Domadeco, their website lists their address as ********************************************************* available on: ****************************************** I purchased the door and after a 3 month wait it arrived and we paid for an installer to come and install the door. We noticed defects with the door coming out of the original packaging: including permanent oil stains that are visible, aesthetically unpleasant, and we have attempted to clean them with soap solutions that have not worked. Complaint / Request 1 - a brand new door with brand new color coating should not have visible oil stains from a sloppy manufacture process. We kindly request that the vendor needs to pay for these oil stains to be removed. Secondly at the glass- metal interface lacks a rubber/plastic seal that is present on the periphery of the door. This creates exposed foam that is a different color and is aesthetically unpleasant. It is further unpleasant because dust settles on the foam and leaves white spots that ruin the aesthetic of what is supposed to be a top of the line door. Complaint / Request 2: We kindly request the manufacturer professionally complete this step that should have been an essential part of the door manufacture process. I emailed them March 17th, March 29th, April 25th, May 2nd 2023 with no response: ******************************* Interestingly they did email me back 11-2022 when I ordered the door and had questions.
