    Tried to call back in March spoke to a rude customer service lady who told me she'd have a service guy call me back after taking my information. No one ever called. Caught the animal myself and relocated it. Animal has either come back or another replaced it. Called again yesterday same story. We'll have someone call you back. Surprise! No call back. Now I'm paying a plumber thousands of dollars to fix what this animal has torn up under my house. Crazy it's almost like had the animal been removed after multiple calls I may not be in this situation. Poor customer service. If it wasn't the only place around here that dealt with "wild" animals I wouldn't even bother writing this. Hopefully they can figure out how to make an outgoing phone call to other desperate people in need of their services.
