    Original and replacement planting of a burr oak failed. Based on submitted pictures, business offered that maybe a different type of tree was warranted, but would not pay for it.
    In turn, I suggested that maybe that suggestion should have come after the first failure. Business insisted that decision was the customer's. But if I had possessed that expertise, perhaps I would not have used this company in the first place. Essentially, it's probably just cheaper to throw another tree in than have an arborist come out to have a look. Customer loses.

    I am so sorry that our customer service did not meets your expectations. We always strive to go above and beyond when it comes to our customers and that is why we replaced the tree that died.  Unfortunately, that tree died as well so our next recommendation was to suggest a tree that might be more suitable for your needs.  We always do our best but unfortunately, we depend on the person buying the tree to take care of it.  We cannot take care of the tree once it is planted, but we always are here to guide you through it.  We will continue to improve communication with our customers and we always are here to work with you.
