    I had an agreement with Roger to provide lawn care services that included clearing out all weeds and debris from my yard, hauling them away, trimming bushes and shrubs, and providing underlying plastic for all the beds, front and back, then covering all beds with mulch, in order to have a neat looking yard that should be easier to take care of in the future. This was to be accomplished over a period of days, by Roger and his crew, for the sum total of $3,800.00, starting on June 8, 2024, and lasting as long as it took.

    Instead, what I got was Roger and 2 men showed up on the 8th, and they pulled and chopped weeds from the beds, but did not install any plastic (except possibly for the 3 back beds by the fence), put down mulch, and trimmed the bushes, all in 2 days. Now, three months later, my yard is in about the same condition it was before they came. Since they did not install plastic, most of the beds are right back to being full of weeds.

    I wrote Roger a check for $3,800 on June 8, in full faith that the work would be performed in the manner in which he described it. I did not realize until later that the beds did not have any underlying plastic. I feel I was charged way too much for the work that was performed.
