     I am rejecting this response because:


    Spring Green's response is not accurate in so many specific matters. If the owner had called me back as i had requested a year ago, I'm sure we could have discussed this issue quickly and come to a resolution. While they have had many opportunities (5) to respond to my phone messages and emails, they only replied in November 2022 with a response I interpreted as they were dropping the charges completely.  At this point, I think both sides will not change their minds about what happened. 

    To get this matter resolved, I propose we each go half way.  Will Spring Green cut their charge by 50%?

    Your Spring Green Service is continuous from visit to visit, year to year, unless notified otherwise. 

    This is explained when the customer signs up, its also on every thing we print or give to customers. (Invoices, prepays, Estimates, statements, ect.) 

    We've spoken many times to ***** **** about this. As he forgot to call us and notify that he did not want our service done. We even gave him a curtesy call and called him the day before coming out to make sure it was ok to come out. We called him on Thursday May 26th 2022 to let him know we would be coming the following day to do the yearly aeration we do for him. We sent him a statement monthly 7/7/22, 8/2/22, 9/2/2022, 10/3/2022, 11/2/22, 12/5/2022. He called us on May 31st 2022 to cancel saying it was no longer needed. We did not hear back from him until November of 2022 saying he should not have to pay the bill we have been sending him. We explained again its service to service year to year unless notified otherwise. I told him we would have to send him to collections if he didn't pay.
