    I’ve been riding with them for the last few months without any problems. However recently they have failed to communicate properly by confirming appointments, have been late on multiple occasions, and have been rude on the phone when I call to check the status of my ride. They encourage people to call with concerns but when I did so and tried to bring the concerns to the supervisor she had a poor attitude and made excuses instead of taking any responsibility. And Instead of working to resolve the issues they removed me from their scheduling completely, which is completely unethical and unprofessional of them to do. On top of all of this, many of the drivers do not seem to be happy with their jobs. All the complaining I heard about the company made me feel uncomfortable.

    They always accept then deny rides for me 24 to 48 hours prior,I called the new Jersey LLC location,I found out some really interesting things ?? they will find out soon ty to Mrs sam at new Jersey LLC location ?? they need to be shut down here !
