      After dealing with this company for a ****************** Plaque, I am deeply disappointed in them. They "lost" a memorial plaque that the family had claimed and was scheduling to have mounted on a headstone of the veteran. After weeks of calling to see if they found it, I was told that this company sends off BATCHES of **************** Plaques to be SCRAPPED, when the family doesn't claim them, I was directly told this by an employee. Well this family did claim it and was very present. Not only is this ILLEGAL, theft of government property, it is IMMORAL and not anywhere near the policy put in place by the ***************************** in Washington. I pray that this company doesn't know what they're doing, but I don't think that's the case. They are sending our fallen soldiers' memorials, for their service to our country, to a scrap yard to be melted down like they're garbage. These plaques are 6 square ft of 98% copper, if you know copper prices - they're high. With that being said, they are profiting off of citizen tax dollars paying for our Veterans, for Free, that is theft - this is not their property, never was. I hope this gets resolved to an more respectful and LEGAL solution.
