    GPI did a bathroom redo and a kitchen sink/ cabinet redo. I got a pretty sure that they could keep the job at $20,000. By the jobs end it was between ***** thousand. They verbally agreed to payments. The day before Thanksgiving I got a call from their office and the girl advised me that if I couldnt pay the amount they were going to put a mechanics lien on my property. NOT because I missed a payment. Because 1. If I sell my place they get their money or 2. If I die, they get their money. Needless to say I took out a loan and paid them Blackmailed to do so. Another issue : they did minor paint and sealant damage by the door of the shower, they built a new bathroom sink but broke the drawer and placed the sink in such a way that the front legs do not touch the floor. I can provide pictures upon request. They agreed to these repairs but did not call me to schedule the touch up until the day they cashed my check. Initially told they would get the touch up paint. After payment was told I should get the paint. Frankly I dont want GPI anywhere near my place at this point. I have other means to get the minor issues corrected. If you have damage and your insurance is footing the bill you will love GPI . Keep in mind they will not work with you if you go over your planned amount ( if you hire them without use of insurance covering the cost) I did ask them to move a washer and dryer into the bathroom but cannot believe that move cost ***** extra. The bathroom Was gutted. Plumbing for washer in same wall as shower. They are unable to provide an itemized list of expenditures. Not telling anyone to not hire them, just be cautious. In truth their work was acceptable. Work ethics not so much.

    I own a construction business and I have used GPI for Roofing and Gutters on my new builds and they have always done a great job. The team is very professional and works in a timely manner. I have also used the services of pressure washing and again was very satisfied with the end result. I would recommend giving this company a try if you need any of the services they provide!
