  I have been trying to 5 days to call their office on all phone numbers listed on their site. I am trying to get my balance from them. I have sent several emails and will continue to send emails every hour on the hour until I receive a response. They're quick to sue you, but quick enough to answer a simple question.

  I had appeared in court on my court date and made a settlement with their attorney. After making that settlement he told me to wait a couple days to call and pay so that the correct amount would reflect on the account. Here we are ******* later and it had still not been corrected and i have called MANY times only to get no call back or when they do call back they immediately hang up upon answering. I have got through twice only to be hung up on after giving them my information. TERRIBLE customer service and obviously doing everything they can to get me to a garnishment. I refuse to give them my banking info as well due to all the poor reviews and reading about locking bank accounts. They should have no right to lock an account for more than the debt owed.

  HORRIBLE!!!! I advise them that I was unemployed and had a special Needs child at home trying to take care of and they couldn't care less!! HEARTLESS PEOPLE- locked my bank account- I couldn't even get food money.

  :) They froze and then completely cleared out my bank account, leaving me with no money to even cover my rent or get me gas to/from work. I submitted a Head of Household Exemption - they continued with stealing all of my funds (an entire paycheck!). Now, I have been asking for updates since the exemption was filed (the same day I learned about the garnishment), and this company is trying to illegally keep my funds by saying the head of household exemption does not cover bank accounts. The form literally has a box that says BANK ACCOUNT in addition to wages.

  They like to get you on automatic payments and then cancel the automatic payments before your debt is paid. Hoping people won't notice and they can default them again. Just another shady collection company.

  I paid the debt 8/3/23 received a court notice seeking to garnish wages. In May 2024. Went to court today. Their attorney said they were dropping the attempt to garnish wages. I showed the judge my paid in full receipt from 8/3/23 along with my bank statement showing they received the money then the lawyer said they were dropping collections on this. I called him a scam artist if I had not shown up in court would they have dropped it??? I'm guessing no the judge even looked at him strangely scary business paid in full and still seeking more where is the accountability who watches out for people like this?? I feel harassed and do not like the idea there is no consequences for their actions Deserve a negative star rating!!!

  I paid off my debit, that should have been dropped over 15 years ago anyway to own up to debit i paid it off, i made one math mistake small amount then i was told if i wasn't Dyslectic i wouldn't have had an issue. then proceeded to talk down to me. Then told me i could make the full payment but when at the moment of the call granted im negative in my account as they already garnished over 100 bucks more than what was owed so i'm broke. because of that he put in my file i was unwilling to pay. So after his abusive treatment i called back in trying to get more information. then the 2nd man decided to tell me pay or i will go to jail. when you ask questions to better understand what is happening they shut you down. this place is shady when they say they are trying to help, they are not they are infect making you agree to more than you need to. all calls are recorded so if anything different happens in the call they can use that against you.

  Was served 14 years after having any dealings with this company. No notices, or communication about owing anything in all of those years. I have done my due diligence and tend to all of my debts. This is predatory in its rawest form what they are putting people through.

  They filed a lawsuit against me, after failing to comply with the ****** They finally sent documents on 13 February after I spoke to and paid them on 13 February. They dated the letter 8 February, which is before I spoke to them. As of 26 February they had not filed a dismissal with the court.

  These people are horrible human beings. They garnished my bank wages first last year. I spoke to the person in charge of my file which said that the lawyers have to work something out and that she would contact me back when they do. I kept calling back asking if the lawyers worked everything out yet. She said no but she will call when they do. Fast forward a couple of months they just garnished my bank wages again. Mind you I was waiting for them to contact me back like they said they would. They took everything from my bank, all my rent money, I don't have a job right now and they took everything. I called them to discuss with them about if there was anything I can do to fix this. And they told me no there's nothing and really its not my fault. The girls name was *****. I have never been treated like that in my entire life. I don't think its legal for them to garnish wages without notifying or trying to contact us. I would have set up a payment plan but you guys took everything from me. Terrible horrible human beings do not deal with this firm. Disgusting human beings that don't care about anyone but themselves and their pockets. Shame that a company like this exists. And shame on the laws to allows this to happen. Violating fdcpa
