      Just received 3 emails that stated I opened a bank account with them and I did not. They have no email address, The phone number takes you to a 3rd party company who just repeats what you say and doesnt help. I believe this company to practice shady banking. I do not believe they hey have followed AML regulations and I need that fraudulent account in my name closed immediately

      03/14 I spoke with leadership member ***** with my credit union regarding financial hardships impacting my account and how the inflation has contributed a lot to this. When explaining he became very rude and biased and refused to credit me back any fees made recently for overdrafts! When I asked to speak with management he denied that request and stated that he would not attempt a transfer as he was the highest in position at the moment and no on else would help.

      I have paid off/settled all my debts with you all and yet I keep receiving alerts that you all are flagging all my accounts has charge off instead of what they should be showing - which is settled/paid. Update my information accordingly.

      In August 2023 I become a member of (BCU) BAXTER CREDIT UNION. Everything was good till in August 8th I opened 2 credit cards with them each 2k. Ive used a little money on the credit cards, and after I also applied for an auto loan. They asked for statements I sent them in and I was denied. They wasnt giving me a reason why I was denied, also told them I can send in my tax returned, they said they couldnt do anything. And than few days after I tried signing in on my app, I couldnt log in and when I called them I was told my account was closed and my credit cards was also closed. I did not get a heads up nor a reason why they shut down my account. So I couldnt make any payments on my credit cards and I wasnt receiving any emails or mails for my credit cards. When I finally called to pay my credit cards I spoke to the representative and ask them was I late on any account, I was told no and what to pay to be current. And get no late payment or a have a pass due amount. And I paid the amount I was told. Around December my credit drop down 100 points while I was in the process of buying a house. BCU (BAXTER CREDIT UNION) Placed a Late Payment (derogatory) on my consumer report for the month of November. When I called and told them it was an error I did not receive any email or mail to know when the payments do the fact that I was kicked out the bank. They said they would look into the issue and helped me get the late payment reversed. And they never did. They kept saying its reporting right according the **** and when I asked them to prove the email or the mail they sent 21 days prior the payment date. They couldnt prove it. I am asking please they reversed the late payment or delete the whole account from my consumer report. This is hurting me, making stress and Im on the edge of losing my down payment for the house, I cant sleep at night. I tried to call the Credit bureaus they said I had to take it up with Baxter credit union. Please I cant take it anymore help!! Please. And they also reporting all the information different across all 3 bureaus. When the **** stated. All information must be 100% accurate across all 3 major credit bureau

      I do not have a contract with Baxter Credit collection agencies. I am not liable for this debt . They did give not give me an original copy of the contract. Therefore I refuse to pay this debt .

      THIS BAN HAS A FLAG ON MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS LIED TO BY ****** ABD ANOTHER AGENT TOLD ME 24 hours for lift instead they doing it for *****, this should not have happened on pay day. I should have overdraft and all other options available with my account. If this bank thought about blocking anything it should have been administered when I lost my grandmother the week of 02/13/24-02/16/24. This is unfair. Treatment. Why be lied to I did what I was Informed to do?

      I had a mortgage through BCU that I paid off in 2023. I have no access to my online account because the load was closed out. I did not receive a 1098 form to do my taxes. I have called and sent numerous messages. I have been told to check my online tax documents (to which I don't have access) and that a paper copy was mailed 2/7 (which I did not receive). Every time I call I am given these same two answers. I can't even request a duplicate through the system because it will not allow it (as I was set up for paperless).

      On November 22, 2023, I used the bill pay feature on the app to pay my chase credit card. I paid ******. The payment shows processes. In November, almost 3 months ago, I confirmed the amount pending from my checking account. I checked my balance on the 7th and noticed a $750 transaction that I could not recall. I used the that feature and they indicated it was a system glitch and that was erroneously taken out and it would be fixed. They were aware of the problem. They said it would take a few days. I called today, February 14,2024 only to be told it wasnt going to be fixed bc they knew they had a system glitch in November and December that was not identified until February 7, 2024. 3 months after I thought they already took the funds. This caused my account to be overdrawn. They admitted they knew of the issue and admitted they never notified members so we could try to prevent overdraft fees. All they did was give me back my overdraft fees. Three months later Im not expecting $750 to be taken out of my account. How is it legal and fair for them to withdraw money three months later without notifying members of a system glitch this major? The right thing to do would be to eat this cost

      My Name Is *******************************. I was discriminated against by associates of Baxter Credit Union. On February 5, 2024, I decided to call my bank and inquire about credit products that they offered. I asked how many credit products I could apply for; she proceeded to tell me it's one hard inquiry for four credit products. I said okay and proceeded to go on my Baxter Credit Union app on my phone and I applied for the travel rewards ***** a personal loan, a line of credit, and also an auto loan. Probably 15 minutes later, I was DENIED credit; furthermore, my credit card was used, and I received no benefit. So, I called Baxter Credit Union and told them the violations that they were committing, and they proceeded to say they did nothing wrong. On February 6, 2024, I called Baxter Credit Union and asserted that they violated my consumer rights. I was subsequently transferred to a loan officer; she told me I was not creditworthy because of my consumer credit report. I asserted that I dictate my own creditworthiness and a number on a piece of paper doesn't dictate how well I pay back money given to me. I said I put in each of my applications in good faith; I didn't expect to be denied or discriminated against over the phone. On February 7, 2024, I received a call from a general manager of Baxter Credit Union. She told me my relationship with them was terminated. She also told me to get a lawyer. I've since filed a complaint with the **** alongside a charge against Baxter Credit Union with the ******** ********** of Human Rights; they will be in touch with a summons or a request for mediation on my behalf for this blatant act of discrimination. I will be filing more complaints and seeking legal remedies for the adverse actions taken against me. This is a consumer credit transaction, not a Baxter Credit Union transaction, and must be treated as such. Since my relationship has been terminated, my rights also violated, and I was told to get a lawyer.
