    I purchased a gate and extender from them that are barely ever opened due to the location in the house. These gates are expensive. The extender bars are all breaking off the bottom, poor welding job. I have contacted the company asking for replacement and sent pictures of proof and no one will write me back. This is a waste of money, rip off, placing children in danger. I want a resolution. Thank you,

    Customer reached out to ********************** on June 11, 2023, and KidCo replied on June 12, 2023, asking for proof of purchase and the manufacture date from the items so a warranty replacement can be processed.  A response has not been received from the customer since that date.  Please provide these to KidCo's ***************** and replacements will be sent at no charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: this company. Its very wining has not reached out. I have no email upon searching their company name in inbox or junk, no voicemails left and no response on Amazon to my review. This is a lie. I am able to provide all the information they are requesting as soon as someone from their company actually reaches out to me.

    On 6/27/2023, KidCo responded to the BBB Complaint and called ************** directly. She explained she never received KidCo's response on June 12th, 2023 via email, so she filed a claim with the BBB due to the lack of response from KidCo. All KidCo was waiting on was a copy of the receipt and manufacture date code, which ******* supplied to us on 6/28/2023 and a replacement part was sent out under warranty for her. During the phone call conversation, she requested we supply a copy of the email that was sent on 6/12/2023, which was forwarded and confirmed she received while on the phone, a copy of the response is also being attached to this response. Thank you.
