    Have not been able to get in contact with Windy City to resolve an issue.We have an issue with this order, the cup came and it does not turn on it has burn marks where the batteries were not sure if it turned on sometime in transit but it does not work. Is it possible to receive a replacement, more than happy to sent his one back to you. Let me know if you would like pictures of it.     Order Date:07/08/22 Customer # ******************** That the time of online purchase the site description stated that the batteries will be included. The shipping "Pick Ticket" that came in the box with the product states 2-AA batteries included. The batteries weren't included in the shippmqith the fans. When my 69 y/o mom called the company to make them aware they verbally told her that the batteries don't come with the fan. But that doesn't explain why it says that they should be included according to there pick ticket that was sent with the shipment. I would like a resolution of a billing adjustment for the cost of the batteries for the fans. (They are for a party on 7/31/22) If this is resolved before the 7/29/22, I would take an overnight shipment of the batteries as a resolution. The last option is a return of the product with them paying all cost of shipping.Thanks.

    these do not come with batteries and when the customer purchased them online it states this. yes the pick ticket did print in error and we are resolving this internally but again at the time of purchase the online store did state it did NOT have batteries. you can verify at the link here...https://www.windycitynovelties.com/assorted-color-handheld-mini-3-3-4-fan.html

    if you want to return them you can for a full refund no issues.
