Like many others here, I was a victim of SNAP diagnostic and the ear, nose and throat physician who ordered the test. $275 charged months after a sleep study was done. Both of these entities had my full insurance information, I talked to a SNAP representative on the phone, before the test was shipped, who did not bother to inform me that they're out of network for my insurance plan. After I got charged the $275, I called and the representative said that she would discuss it with her manager and then call me back. Naturally, no one called me back. I called back a few days ago and the billing department was gone for the holidays. I tried logging on to the online portal to see the forms that I had signed but their system isn't sending me the login link/password reset to my email. A true definition of a scam.
