    We were referred to ****** Lucarelli for professional *** services in *************************** State taxes. Taxes had been rejected due to an issue with the PIN (personal identification number) being rejected. We explained to ****** that we were in the process of purchasing a home and needed his services to review and correct the rejected fillings. ****** agreed and was paid for his services to fix our tax filings and file that years current. ****** communicated at the time that IL shows as owing us money and there should not be an issue with satisfying the rejected (old tax) filings. We have had ****** file our taxes each year since then to ensure accuracy in tax filing. Now, the IL State Revenue service is stating that there are still multiple years that appear as unfiled. We contacted ****** to ask for his professional review of theses claims and to confirm what years he corrected. We contacted ****** on 12/27/23 asking for his assistance so that we could address the pending tax issue before 2023 taxes needed to be filed. ****** agreed and asked that we send him the information we have and he would review his records to determine how to proceed. We patiently waited for months, checking in occasionally with ******, for a status update with little response from ******. At one point, ****** answered his phone and communicated that he was on vacation, and had honestly forgotten to look into the issue as we discussed. ****** then said he needed more time to review his records, saying give him another week or so. Again after several failed attempts to reach ******, ****** emailed us a reply on May 23, 2024 indicating that he would not be able to assist due to an emergency with his wife. I reached out to ****** on 7/25/24 after speaking with the *** and IL *********** who communicated our *** should disclose this requested information. ****** answered a stated that our account is not big enough, and we would't have "enough money" get him to help us.
