    Planz has been my daughter and son-in-law's trusted company to contact for their heating and cooling services while they lived in 3 homes where they raised 3 children, now homeowners themselves. I called for a maintenance service, and was given a quote by a very pleasant and helpful lady. In the meantime my thermostat's Wi-Fi stopped working and the thermostat screen went blank. I hoped it would be a problem that could be fixed but worried that I may have to buy a new thermostat. The very nice serviceman spend a long time but fixed the thermostat to work properly. He then checked and cleaned the furnace. To my relief, the charge was the quoted charge to come out for a maintenance check. I had a question about the air conditioner another *** came out for maintenance 2-3 months ago, but was told they will check when they come out next spring which also saved me an extra cost (didn't know how much it could cost) because the cooling season is over and I have to call next year for an inspection anyway. My Lennox air and heating units are 6 years old and in good condition. The other company charged me over $325.00 for the cleaning and what they said the air conditioner needed done. I cancelled the furnace check appointment I had with them and called Planz. I am very happy I have Planz, a company I trust to call for my all my heating and cooling needs.

    We have used Planz HVAC to source a new heating/ac unit for an extension, and for annual cleaning and inspection for our furnace; all with great satisfaction. This week, I called as we needed help with a duct problem that stopped installation of a new dryer. **** Planz came out to assess the problem right away, giving us a quote that was fair. He was able to get a tech out that afternoon, and the issue was resolved that day. The new dryer was delivered and installed the next day. It's great to know that you can count on someone local when you need assistance in getting repairs done in your home. The techs with Planz are all friendly and knowledgeable, the office is very helpful, and I am thankful that assistance is at the other end of the phone. We are older and worry about all the scams we read about; we TRUST Planz to give us a fair price, do the work quickly and expertly, and be there when we need their services. Recommending them means others can have the opportunity to do the same.
