    This company owns the apartment complex we live in called Cedar Crossing Apartments. Not only have we been ripped off my our previous apartment manager who was embezzling money but we were harassed and bullied by her as well. We were told we could paint our apartment by a previous manager and we got charged for something we were told we could do. We asked for the shower to be fixed several times because the wall lining was falling apart and causing mold issues and they said they couldnt because we were living in the unit and we also asked for the toilet to be replaced because it was leaking into the floor it was also denied. They raised the rent a ridiculous amount of $1250 for the small space you get. You can rent a 3 bedroom house on the same street for the same price. They hire uncertified and untrained people to come and do repairs that then cause a safety problem and have to fixed again. They allow staff and management to bully and harass tenants with zero consequences. The people that run this company come from the suburbs of ******* and take advantage of the working class people in this rural town. This ************* will literally scoff out loud at you and is not personable nor is she friendly. She cares zero about the tenants here and she shows it too because it took her years to fire the management that was harassing and stealing from all of us that live here. Do not rent from this company. Theres nice apartments down the street that are fully updated and the same size for $750. They will nickle and dime you! Im tired of slumlords coming to ****** to rip good people off. We will not be renewing our lease with this shady company.
