I'VE USED SERVICE EXPRESS, FORMERLY UNIQUE FOR OVER 10 YEARS FOR ANNUAL TUNE UP AND MAINTENANCE OF MY BOILER HEATING SYSTEM WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EVERY ****NICIAN PERFORMING THE WORK HAS BEEN POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCT. **** ********* HAS BEEN MY ****NICIAN THE LAST THREE YEARS AND HAS DONE GREAT WORK WHILE EXPLAINING ANYTHING I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT. VERY PATIENT AND GENEROUS AS HAS BEEN THE **** WITH EVERY ASSOCIATE OVER THE *********** AFTER A FLOODED BASEMENT WATER MANAGED TO DOUSE PILOT IN MY HOT WATER HEATER, PROBABLY FROM ROUTING WATER WITH PUSH BROOM TO THE **** PUMP. CALLED SERVICE EXPRESS ON A SATURDAY AND GET EMERGENCY SERVICE WITHIN TWO HOURS AND AS IT HAPPENED THE **** ON DUTY THIS WEEKEND WAS **** WHO FOUND THE PROBLEM TO BE THE PILOT WHICH HE SHOWED ME HOW TO RELIGHT. LESS THAN AN HOUR OUT THE DOOR WITH A BILL FOR A STANDARD CALL. RELIEVED AND THANKFUL TO HAVE HOT WATER SAME DAY. FIVE STARS*****

Service Express is the actual best. They traveled all over the *********** area to find what they needed to get my boiler back up and running before the extreme cold set in. On a Saturday too!Cannot thank them enough for a wonderful job.

**** was very polite, respectful and considerate in the care he showed to my home during the service call. He was able to evaluate the issues and hopefully they are solved. I apprecaited that he reached out to ****** to ask questions about the system and things about my space *** as this was the first time he has visited my residence.
