    Bought a car from them over a month ago and my bank still hasnt received the title for it so I can register it in my name. Have reached out numerous times and I never get a response back or I get the old oh let me check with the office and then never hear back again. The whole buying experience was a hassle and has been a hassle ever since buying the car. Wouldnt recommend anyone buy anything from them. They dont even have on site mechanics to look at vehicles and inspect them. My car threw a check engine light after buying it for the same thing in which they said they fixed before I bought the car which was a lie all they did was clear the engine codes.

    I really meant to put zero stars! They lie from day one! I only had my car for barely a month and a half! And the ***** WENT OUT! THEIR CLAIM IS THAT I DROVE THE *** ALMOST 4000! WHAT ELSE WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO?! ESPECIALLY AFTER THE FIRST WEEK I NOTICED A OIL LEAK! AND I HAD TO PUT A QUART OF OIL IN THE *** WITHIN A WEEK OF PURCHASING THE ***! WHICH IS DOCUMENTED! WITH PICTURES AND TEXTS TO THE DEALERSHIP! AND I MENTIONED THEN THAT I WAS CONSIDERING A REFUND! BUT ******** THE OWNERS SON, ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK! AFTER THEY DID A OIL CHANGE! THEN 2 WEEKS LATER I HAD TO ADD OIL EVERY WEEK AGAIN ! I ASKED FOR THE ***FAX OR HISTORY OF THE *** AT THE BEGINNING AND AGAIN 2 TO 3WEEKS AGO! STILL NOTHING! AT THAT TIME! SO I HAD TO DRIVE THE *** TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK! AND THE MILES I ***** WAS.HIGHWAY MILES! WHICH BRINGS US TO LAST SUNDAY JUN 22ND I WAS DRIVING HOME ON THE EXPRESS WAY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE DRIVE TRAIN LIGHT CAME ON! AND IM LIKE WTF!? THEN THE OIL PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON! THEN THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON! AND I WAS FORCED TO THE SIDE OF THE **** BECAUSE THE ENGINE LOCKED UP ON ME AND THEN THE COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON AND THE *** STARTED SMOKING! AND WOULDN'T SATRT UP AGAIN! AND I WAS STRANDED FOR 3 HOURS! BEFORE AAA CAME! AND THE CLOSEST PLACE TO HAVE THE *** ***ED WAS THE DEALERSHIP! BECAUSE I WAS ABOUT 50 MILES AWAY FROM HOME! AND THE *** COSTED ME 250 BUCKS! I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT DAY! THEY ACTED LIKE THEY COULDN'T FIND THE *** AFTER I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED! THEN TOLD ME TUESDAY THAT THE ***** WENT OUT! AND TRIED TO SAY I CAUSED THE ***** TO GO.OUT! INSULTING ME! I'VE OWNED 17 BMWS AND NEVER EVER HAD WHAT HAPPENED TO ME HAPPEN! I KNOW WHEN A *** IS ABOUT TO OVER HEAT! AND WOULDN'T PUSH IT ! AND REGARDLESS OF IF I DROVE THE *** ***** MILES! THE ***** SHOULD NOT HAVE DIED ON ME A MONTH IN A HALF AFTER PURCHASING THE ***! AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!     So I bought a 2015 ***** colorado back in december, I knew it was used so I had no problem with it but ever since I've got it, I've had nothing but troubles with it. And the guy told me that it runs really good. There's nothing wrong with it blah. Blah, blah, you know how them car sales men are. So far I've had to replace air conditioning. I've had to replace the rear backup camera. I have had to replace 3 hoses. I've had to replace brakes and rotors. I've had to replace battery Not to mention. There was a recall on the steering that he did not tell me about that when I got it. I took it up to my dealership here where I live to replace the rear backup camera. And he told me that i'm lucky I didn't get into an accident, driving it because the steering had a recall on it!!!!!!!!!! I also want to say that there was no tag on it. They had to send me a tag that took 3 weeks to get. So I went ahead and put a tag on it myself. Which do you know the paper plate? So when I got it, I couldn't even drive the thing because it was Christmas time. And nothing was open. I'm really upset. They're unprofessional, and i'm surprised anybody has a good attitude toward these people!!!!!

    Hi I had saw a nice car from the web an talking with ***** an *** *** they told me that the car was it fabulous condition an just needed to be driven so I bought the car when car was delivered it had already issues but not starting an when it did the clutch on the car would ingage in gear put it in reverse it grind I contact the dealership an they say it was good so next day I try to engage it an the brakes would not stop the car an I haven't heard back from them like they told me they call me back on Monday so far I haven't heard anything back so far I have a lemon car the need a transmission brakes belts an ac dont even work so i spend 12k on the car an it dont even run right an the pic dont look like the car on the web hope to get my money back from them so far i spend 1000 just for brakes belts and not including it need a transmission people don't buy any cars from this company your just get the finger an they tell you thire busy with customers instead talking to you about the issue

    I was looking for an inexpensive reliable transportation and went online and from my first impression from the sales department answering the phone I knew I was in go hands. Bought my **** ****** Matrix for a fair price and drove off the lot with Confidence know they were 100 percent transparently. Will return for my next one.

    I really appreciated that they didn't play any of those used car sales games - straightforward and responsive communication. They didn't waste my time, and I was able to handle much of it by phone or email. I was in and out when everything was lined ** in about 30 minutes.

    To say Im satisfied would be an understatement! My sales person **** was super friendly and down to earth! ***** the owner set up my financing and ******** did my paperwork in a timely fashion! Thanks again gentlemen !
