    On Saturday, May 13th, 2023, my ******** arrived at the dealership to check out a car in particular: 2013 Scion tC. We got a chance to inspect the vehicle & test drive it along with ****, the general manager. During the test drive, the car felt in good condition, no noises, etc. Our visual inspection did show some signs of repairs done on the car although the Carfax stated a clean record. We asked ***************** was no disclosure about any accidents involving the car, so we proceeded with the purchase with no additional extended warranties, just their standard 15-day warranty. 4 days later, Tuesday, May 16th, during my drive to work, I notice a noise coming from the front driver side. I called the dealership & spoke with ****, informed him of the noise. He instructed me to get it checked out & let him know the findings so that they can work with me in regards to seeing what they can cover in terms of repairs. I took the car to a mechanic friend of mine and after inspection, he found that the car indeed had been in an accident as the radiator support was damaged along with the A/C condenser showing signs of damage, both lower ball joints needing replacement as well as the stabilizer bar links (culprits of the noise) also needing replacement. I called the dealership & spoke to **** in the evening, asked me to send the list to him to the provided email address *********************************** I waited all week to receive an email response, or a phone call & did not. I then followed up with a call on Monday, May 22nd & spoke with ****. He said he was going to check with their mechanic & get back to me in a few hours (never got called). I reached out to the dealership on Tuesday & was asked to leave a voicemail, called a 2nd time later after & spoke with **** again. I have yet to receive any feedback at all. I feel like they've been running out the 15 days so that the don't have to cover anything. They should check cars more thoroughly before putting them up for sale.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I spoke directly with the General Manager of Premium Motors and had a conversation about the whole ordeal. I was pleased to see that the General Manager was very understanding and polite as well as fair. We came to an agreement for a check of $500 to cover some of the expenses involved in repairs, received and have deposited the check. Therefore, I consider the matter closed.

    November 8th **** purchase the vehicle from premium Auto in Villa Park a 2006 Cadillac for $8,000 at the time of purchase vehicle appear to have a minor noise coming from the front of the ***** on the drive home a roaring noise and a metal popping noise when I hit bump hit was revealed remember 10 car does not start November 11th first thing in the morning on a Friday I called the dealership and told them car wouldn't start they told me they will send a tow truck and their mechanic would check it out and repair November 12th to general Manager called and expressed to me the truck would not come into November 14th Monday at 11:00 a.m. I told the manager that the car appear to have too many problems which could be serious and that I wanted a refund he told me that they would first have to check the vehicle out and then make any decisions from there I told the general manager the car eventually started it ran real rough and then shut down abruptly I called Monday morning at 11:10 a.m. and was told that the truck was broken and that they would try again on Tuesday November 15th it has been brought to my attention that the minor noise a timing chain on the front of the ***** which this particular ***** of ********* is notorious for. There mechanic will know this ( or knew). if they ever come get the vehicle time appears to be on their side . PLZ/THX HELP ??
