    On October 20, 2023 we dropped off three pieces of clothing to be embroidered by ******* ***** At her mobile trailer in Columbus Ohio. We returned October 22, 2023 to see if the items were finished. At that point she informed us that she had not gotten them completed and would mail them to us upon completion. At that point we also purchased two chairs made by her husband. The two chairs were to come with leather box embroidered by her with our company logo. She said that she would also send those with our other three items of clothing. As of today January 25, 2023 we have not received the $324.17 worth of clothing that was to be embroidered or the Chair backs. Five phone calls, 4 text messages, 2 Facebook post (which were quickly deleted) later And we still do not have our items.

    Ordered 3 monogramed saddle pads on 2/18/22 and were charged for those 3 saddle pads on 2/18/22 in the amount of $285.00. Messaged them on May 16th and was advised that the order would by shipped either May 17th or 18th. Never received the package. Contacted them again via **** **** Messenger on May 25, 30, June 3, 6 and 12 no response. Messaged them again on July 12 and my husband called and spoke to ******* who said they would be shipped out. As of today no package has been received. We would like to receive the pads we ordered or a refund. Hope you can help us get this resolved. Thank You!
