    Re bill in **** *******'s name - ******* **** *******
    A bill was sent to me in December 2024 for $100.69. After my husband's death, this service was cancelled. I turned in the boxes and the service was shut off but I am still receiving bills from them. I don't understand this. I have no power, no electricity.

    I would like for them to stop charging me for this service. My husband is deceased and you no longer have the service.

    In regards to the complaint by ******* ******* for the service address of *** * ***** ** ** **********:

    The customer called into our office 1/2/25 requesting service be disconnected.  The order was originally scheduled for the next day, 1/3/25, but was rescheduled 3 times.  The service disconnect was actually completed on 1/17/25.  However, we did give service credit back to the original scheduled date of 1/3/25.  There is a final balance of $111.08 on this account, which was for the services provided in December 2024 and the first 3 days of January 2025.

    It was not rescheduled 3 times it was 1 time bcouse i could not get out of the drive way becouse we got hit buy a bad snow storm i was not living in the house in December when I call3e to let them know I could not make it  so it was set for 1 week the guy called me and I went down to my house and he disconnected all the boxes and put them in 2 bags sealed them up i asked do  I need to sign anything he said no and he drove off and I am still getting bills from the now it harassment now

    was originally scheduled for 1/3/2025.   The actual service disconnect occurred on 1/17/2025.  The customer has not been billed any new service
    charges since the original disconnect date of 1/3/2025.  There is a final balance due of $111.08 on the
    customer’s account, which was for the service in December 2024 and the first 3
    days of January 2025.  The statements the
    customer is receiving is for their past due balance.  The customer has not been billed for any new service
    charges since the original requested disconnect date 1/3/2025.

    In december30 2024 I had electricity  shut off  I was not in this house in december30 2024 I called my electricity  provider.   and to as rescheduled  3x no it was 1x I had someone hearing the conversation  now they want$111.08 for something I didn't get or had becouse there guy came and got their boxes. Its starting to be.             Harassment

    as of may 1 2025 I get a bill saying it is now $121.82. For the time I was not in the house and no electricity
