There was no ""Warranty on this unit.Back out of, the Promise Warranty.Left us.with out a warranty,or Protection Plan.He nor Generac!. Will take Responsibility for the Dealership misleading sales tactics.I'm being asked to Purchase a new Warranty Plan.I kept in touch with my dealer,A&R Electric Services. And Generac company.I kept getting missed leading feed back.I finally got feedback, from. The *********** That event though.the Dealership, that sold me the unit. They,nor he takes, responsibility, and misleading.Sales tactics.I need to get a new Warranty on, my Home Generator.The way I am being Treated"". Is that this,is a Common practice.. Misleading Salesmanship.I want to get a warranty, but I don't think,I should have to, pay for it.with both of them. Making this Right.Every time I talk with, my Contractor. He insured me.that. I Didn't need to be Concerned. After the first 5yrs lapsed. He would. Initiate the. Last 5yrs.He has admitted to this. To Generac. But no one will correct this. Before I,buy a new Warranty Plan. I would like to be Compensated, for the missleading. Contract,I made with,both A&R Electric Services, and Generac Generator Co.Before buying a new Warranty. I made my, Purchase.With the Promise that I was being backed up. By A&R Electric Services. And The ***********And that I was Supported by """BOTH""",of Them. And that he was in. Compliance with the General Sales Tactics.I'm going to be in. His Support and help,as Well as Back up by The *********** Support with his Company. That's that any one that buys, from him.The *********** Stands in his Comments. To all Their Consumers.He told me to stop ""Worry"". Until February 20 ****. Please help me get this resolved. With both of them. Generac and A&R Electric Service.Don't Lie to Customers,to make a Sale.!!!?
