    Hired this business in july of 2023 to asphalt my driveway. Now, less than a year after the work was completed, my driveway has developed several ripples and cracks. I have contacted the business owner ********************* on 2 different occasions to have this issue fixed. He simply will not come and look at the driveway and has made no attempt to correct this issue. I paid $8400 to this business for this work. I expect them to have the integrity to stand behind their work.

    ***************************** contacted me on approx. July 20th 2024 stating he had an issue with his driveway. Contract attached. Superior Asphalt and Construction LLC completed this job on 7-25-23 and we feel we are under no obligation to repair said driveway as it was a year old and the contract states as attached their are no warranties express or implied the work was completed in a workmanlike manner if it were 30 to 90 days from instal we could see looking into this matter but not when it's a year old and contract states no warranties contract attached. ***************************** then slanders my name and Superior Asphalt and Construction LLC name as per attached screenshot even went as far as saying he had bail money per attached screenshot which would be considered a hostile environment and were not putting myself or the company in that situation. We feel we completed our obligation and do not care to return to a hostile environment.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    The total amount paid to the business on the day of the pour WAS $8400.   I do not accept a business taking my money and NOT standing behind their s***** work.  I will never accept anything short of my driveway being done correctly!!

     I  no longer going to address this issue. According too the customer warranty from ( a year ago) it states and implies no further work is required or is warranty after this period of time that has passed due to weather, and vehicle driving over the driveway etc . I want this   complaint to be close.
