    I paid roughly $5000 dollars for a car from **** in February 2024, But the car still needed repairs. The repairs were to be done over the weekend. Then week after week the car was still not fixed and no delivery date in sight after almost a month of waiting, I asked for my money to be returned to my credit card and was told several times he would do it. After waiting 10 days I called my credit company and they said they did not see any return of money. The seller blocks my calls to his personal phone he gave me and refuses to take my call at his business. I am in the process of working with *********** to do a dispute, but it could take 3 months to resolve. That dealer lied to me, and these people are not to be trusted at all.

    We purchased a dodge ram **** from trusted auto brokers with a trade in vehicle of a 2015 *** Denali on September 16, 2023. We paid outright for the ****. The trade-in vehicle as of January 2, **** still has not been paid off by the dealer. In addition we still have not received the title for the **** vehicle. The temporary plates on the **** are expired and we cannot drive the vehicle nor register it without the title. We have contacted the dealership multiple times, and multiple checks have been sent to the *** financial with insufficient funds.

    I canceled the insurance they gave me an extended warranty through the company Endurance because they weren't paying claims. I mailed out the cancellation form on March 23rd, 2023. Endurance told me that I would receive a refund check for approximately $800, and that would take 4-6 weeks for me to receive it. They said they would send it to Trusted Auto Breakers, then they would send the check to me. It took 3 or more weeks for Trusted Auto Breakers to receive it, and I was told I'd receive it on April 15th, 2023. I didn't receive the check, so I called them a week later and they said that would be sending it out within the next day. I called and left messages, but they never called me back. I still haven't received the check as of today, May 11th, 2023. They haven't called or contacted me regarding the check that I am supposed to receive. That is why I am filing this claim.

    I purchased a Chrysler 300s on Oct 21. As soon as I drove off the lot, I didn't even have a chance to make it home, the engine light and service all wheel drive light came on. I took it back to them on the 26th for the fix it. While in their possession their mechanic crashed my Chrysler. A sales man claimed to know nothing about the crash. The only reason I knew the vehicle had been crashed was because they filed a claim with the insurance company and the insurance agent reached out to me. I tried to return the vehicle and the owner said that was impossible. He claimed the vehicle would be repaired. I didnt get my car back until Dec 10th. The vehicle was still in bad condition. It is now Jan 11, the vehicle is still not working. Engine light and all wheel service light was still on. The car is now worth $7,000.00 and I owe $18.000 on it still.
