    I hired D&M to do my siding and gutters sofit around hole house they did most of the work they drilled holes into my one year old roof causing water damage the aluminum behind gutters is incorrect I explained to the owner I am a contractor in the city of ******* no effort to make repairs only dates he gives when he nows it going to rain asked for his insurance info no response.

    To whom it may concern,

    I ****** have emailed the customer to allow for us to go change the shingles on his roof.  We have given him a choice for us to come back and change out the shingle or he may hire another roofer to fix the shingles and he can use the $900.00 that is still owed to D&M Home Improvements. Our goal is to address the issue that client is complaining about. We are not neglecting by any means if we are at fault. We completed everything that was on the contract If by chance there is anything that was overlooked, we would gladly schedule a time and address the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because: D&M never told me I can use balance to fix roof shingles and D&M is still over looking the incorrect sofit work done and damage from water coming thru holes he told me the drilling in my roof is code thats incorrect its still raining in my property.

    To whom it may concern, 

    Here are screen shots of emails that we have send to him. On 1 of them we ask to use the 900 to use to fix the roof we ask what time and date and there is no response. The fascia here are pic to show we did wrap it with aluminum. What we say on are contract.  The roof is over hanging 3 inches away from the fascia and that is not concern we don't touch the roof or tear of the old siding we only install new siding on the house.

    I am rejecting this response because: The main is that D&M put drilled holes in my 1year old roof and got water leaking in and he put sofit up thats to short with major air gaps for air and animals ,he said something about balance he made damage will not pay him until I am satisfied with complete job he responds and talks like I dont no rehab part of the business I have paid ****** if something else need to be fix he should have put in contract my new deck floor is damaged because D&M drilled holes in a new who does that D&M is not creditable the big mistake I made should have got D&M insurance.
