      James Blair had made a contract with us to trim our trees in the backyard. He stated that he needed $2000.00 down with balance to be paid upon completion. Every week was another excuse and he promised to get on it ASAP. Very hard to get ahold of him because no one would answer the phone or voice messages were full. Finally decided to ask for a refund after dealing with this for over a year. Now, too late to get BBB to work on it. Came to the house after we said that we were going to turn him in to the States Attorneys office. Again , asked for money back. Said he would drop a check off or cash. Never saw hide nor hair of him again and phone wasn't working last time. Man is the scum of the earth and please don't use him . Man deserves negative stars but BBB won't let me do that.
