    Failure to return security deposit in the amount of $775.00, for the rental property located at **** ***** *** **** * *********** ** *****. I vacated the property on January 28, 2023 and I left it in excellent condition. I have reached out to ****** several times via call and text. He has not responded to any forms of communication for over 12 months.

    When is the last time you were in contact with the business regarding this matter?

    I have reached out several times throughout the year to get in contact with my previous landlord, ******. However the most recent time he has responded to my question of has he sent the deposit to my address was on February 15, 2023 stating, “Hi ********, I have not yet. Have been slammed with work. Will give you a heads up before I send!”  However, I never received the deposit. I have confirmed the phone number is still his current number. 


    Do you have a copy of your lease or contract? If so, please provide it. 

    ****** had us use Docusign, however I am unfortunately unable to access this document due to expired link. I am unable to access updated docusign link due to lack of commutation with previous landlord, ****** ********. However, I am able to access my  amendment for my fiancé added to the contract via docusign. I also have a scan of the security deposit check through my bank, specifically stating security deposit plus first months rent.
