    After weeks of emailing back and forth about magnets for a work truck, the owner tells me to find another sign company. The last order I placed they only made 2 instead of the 3 I ordered. They made the third, not that big of deal. This time, after initially requesting a few months ago for new magnets with updated logo, Tim the owner emails me and starts the email by calling me a moron! Says he sent me proofs, which I never received, and tells me to find another sign company. Nothing merits being called a moron from anyone let alone a place that relies on the local business owners and community to keep their business going. Two other customers in my industry say they have had an issue with Tim being derogatory or talking down to them. Very unprofessional, rude and not concerned at all for the deadlines or needs of some clients. Name calling and arrogance isnt a good look, Tim. Such disrespect from a company my business has been exclusively loyal to for nearly a decade. I asked for an apology but haven’t received one and don’t expect one. I can only assume this horrible customer service is why vital signs isn’t accredited with the BBB. Very disappointed.
