**** geller is a handyman posing as a contractor. I foolishly allowed him to charm me into believing he was capable of completing my bathroom renovation (WRONG) and laying some click lock flooring (WRONG). **** made verbal promises he never followed through on, and now Im left with a horrendous result to a job done poorly. Multiple fixes have happened, and proven **** is indeed inept. I just want my money back, I want to be able to fix my house so my family and daughter are happy.

Please consider this communication and supporting documentation our formal response to *** ******* consumer complaint involving our business.

After review of the statements made as well as my personal communications with the complainant, it is our formal and professional opinion that this complaint is unfounded.  I will attempt to provide concise responses and supporting information to the best of my ability in regards to the statements made by *** *****.

    1.  *** ***** had made some very concerning statements regarding our quality of workmanship via social media on or about October 21st.  This prompted some additional communications from our company to attempt to resolve the items she was unhappy with. She declined satisfaction.

    2.  After receiving further communications that continued to escalate from *** ****** we elected to send a formal email to her (attached) and to include her husband, ***** ********* who had been relatively uninvolved to that point.  We thought it was imperative to bring the situation to his attention, as it is his signature on the contract and he is also the owner of record of the property in question.

The email that was sent on the 25th best illustrates the full scope of the situation and should be illustrative as to the scenario at hand.

    3.  Within minutes of the email being sent, we received a call from ***** as well as the attached screenshots stating that he understood and apologized and that there would not be further communications or issues.  I had considered the matter resolved.

It appears that this complaint was filed prior to the email that we had sent on the 25th, so it is our sincerest hope that this can be rescinded, as we pride ourselves on quality and have yet to have a disgruntled customer or negative review.

Please let me know if there is anything else that can be provided.
