Our roof journey started with a half-***** job from ******** ***. They came out and did my estimate. Then ran me through the automated response bull-shit before they told me that my claim was 'denied'. After I reached out to my claims rep from ********, they told me they were waiting to hear back from ******** and my claim wasn't denied at all. Upset from losing 5 weeks of time I could have had my roof replaced, I reached out to Fuller Construction.
**** was out on my property the next day running the tests ******** needed in order for my claim to move forward. He was exceptionally caring and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He met with me in person well after normal working hours to help me understand the insurance process and breakdown how they came up with the estimate they did. This alone is worth its weight in gold.
The crew that came out to do the work was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. They paid attention to every detail and left my property clean and tidy when they were finished.
Overall, I would highly recommend Fuller Construction to anyone who needs roofing work done. Their exceptional customer service, transparency, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Thank you, Fuller Construction, for doing such an excellent job on my roof!

As it's not something that is done every day or even at all for most homeowners. We just hope that you will enjoy the roof for years to come. Superb roof replacement!Professional, punctual, and courteous from start to finish.Inspected and gave estimate for a replacement roof within only a few days of first contact. The work that would be completed was well explained and the cost estimate very reasonable. Once we made the decision to go with Fuller Construction, **** was back out in just a few days with shingle samples and a detailed contract.Work started within less than a week of signing the contract.Crew promptly showed up at 7AM on the first day and worked diligently for a day and a half to complete the roof replacement; there was no messing around with these guys...they kept busy and did a GREAT job during the entire project. Equally impressed by their clean-up efforts; they worked for over an hour cleaning up every single bit of debris and old nails (scouring the payment, lawn and landscaping rock around the entire house).I would DEFINITELY hire this company again.
