    This has been a great experience. You should be leery of internet things...the too-good-to-be-true things. But do enough digging, and you'll find that true one. This is that true one. They work hard to provide good information and make all of the connections. They were very professional; their website very helpful. We just got our machine, and I couldn't be ************ was shipped in good time; set up wasn't daunting at all. It didn't come with a manual; as soon as I popped off an email about it, I had the response with the link to it online. I just can't ask for better service or help. I'm sold -- I'm not going to look for another company, when service is this good.
