    Several months ago I contacted All Temp, who I have been a customer of for over 10 years to request a free estimate to replace a 40 year old air conditioner at my rental. I spoke to **** and an appointment was set. Due to communication mix up with phone numbers and All Temp not connecting with renter who was home from work I had to call and have rescheduled. I asked for **** and after explaining reason for call girl who answered said she could help me. Friday 6/22 All Temp arrived. Instead if a free estimate they claim I had scheduled a service call. ****, sales manager checked notes and said not in there so cannot believe a long time customer. They are charging me $110 which I refused to pay. Now they will not do any service work for me and I was told it will void warranty on equipment at my home! They made the error and I would like that charge off my account to put me in good standing with them.

    Due to a miscommunication, our office scheduled the appointment as an annual maintenance and cleaning for the air conditioning system at this property. We are waiving the charges for this appointment due to the miscommunication and therefore the outstanding balance is $0. 

    Customer is in good standing and existing parts warranty warranty is in full effect. Labor warranty is pending annual maintenance of equipment with All Temp.
