      I purchased my furniture on May 29, 2022, from ******* Furniture and it was to be delivered on June 29, 2022. We received two nightstands, a chesterdrawer, and a full sled bed but no mattress. Fidelitone delivered the furniture on July 13, 2022, and did not bring the mattress. I asked the driver, and he advised me that he did not know anything about it. I called Fidelitone, and they told me they had misplaced the mattress in their warehouse and had to search the warehouse to locate it. I was told they would know something by Tuesday, July 19, 2022, and on July 15, 2022. I received a text informing me that they had located the mattress and I could go online and schedule a delivery date. I scheduled a date for July 20, 2022, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, and I did not receive the mattress, so I called Fidelitone, and they informed me that they had lost the mattress again. I called ******* Furniture, and they told me that if I do not hear anything about my mattress by 5:00 pm on July 20, 2022, they will refund my money. I received a text on July 20, 2022, informing me that my mattress was ready, so I called Fidelitone, and they informed me that they had not located my mattress. Every time I call both companies, it takes me ten to fifteen minutes to speak to a supervisor. The representatives do not want to transfer me to them. When Furniture ETC was alone, I had no issues. This has been a bad experience.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have to add more to my complaint. On July 20, 2022 I talked to a supervisor at Fidelitone and she was going to talk to the warehouse about my deliver, and I still have not heard from her. I would like to know why they have not returned my call. I had to call them back on July 21, 2022 to find to out my information.

      Please see attached signed delivery paperwork along with a photo of delivery.  We are extremely sorry that no one from our *************************** was able to return your call.   With delivery scheduled for Friday, July 22nd, our agent must have assumed that the inquiry was complete.  If you have further questions, you can certainly call our customer service department at **************.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The photo's do not show that the mattress was not delivered on the correct day, and how many times I had to call the company about the mattress. The photo's do not indicate the poor service I received from that company. I do not think a person should be treated the way they treated me and think two photo's will be okay. I was not given any paperwork when they dropped off the bedroom furniture or the mattress. Why didn't a company leave paperwork when they leave merchandise with a customer. I want to know if my complaint is going to be made public for everyone to see and read.
