    I hire *********************** of ******* Engineering to obtain a do architectual drawing of a opening between ****-*************************************************************** paid him over ******** and did the drawing that were submitted to the *************** in 2017 the city did not get back to us until 2019 when COVID was in happening and city hall was closed. I contacted the City of Chgo when city hall open in 2021. I was told that a correction was need to get the permit issued. I contacted ***** and ask the he do the correction because it had to be sent electronically from his office to the ***************.he had a employee sent the information to the city. More information was needed and ***** schmidt does not replied to the city or to me. I have left him and his secretary many messages I been calling ***** to please sent to the city what they need. I went to the city of chgo spoke to ******************************* that said that can not get a hold of ***** either. I just want him to finish getting the permit. I am applying for another permit and the city can not issued the new permit because of this pending permit. Please make him sent the city what they need to issue me the permit
