My son heard them advertise BBB The contract has no signature or identification. the contracting individual threatened "YOU NEED TO SIGN THIS TODAY " This alerted me to question this company and his methods...He continued..."I traveled all this way.....Yes there is a $10,000 discount if you pay TODAY.. before Halloween..I received an sos indicating my brother was placed in a nursing home in **********. **. My son and I rented a car ant immediately drove to ******, *** that weekend. I am researching BBB business in our area. Remediate woodpecker damage.

      ********************* was quoted $14,310.00 which is our guaranteed 30 day price. She was quoted this price according to her last year around Halloween so this price is no longer valid. We would be more than happy to come out and re-quote her a new price. We advertise a 20% discount valid at time of estimate only! Attached is a copy of the ad and a screen shot of our website where this discount is also discussed. This 20% discount translates to a $2,862.00 discount in her situation. I'm not sure where she came up with a $10,000 discount. Either way she no longer qualifies for the 20% discount because she didn't purchase at the time of estimate. Giving her a discount now simply because she filed a BBB complaint would make us liars and would be unfair to the other 230 customers that purchased at time of estimate last year. Our discount is real and it's only available at time of estimate. We don't play games with the numbers. We also don't waste our time with the whole back and forth and multiple trips to the same address. There is no such thing as a FREE estimate. Sales peoples time isn't free, fuel isn't free, vehicle maintenance isn't free, vehicle insurance isn't free. Customers that purchase at time of estimate lower our cost of doing business so we pass along a discount.
