      Ordered a cabinet, came terribly damaged, opened a warranty claim, 10 months later no replacement unit. I have opened multiple tickets and have had multiple chats and no one has been helpful at all

      My gun safe was flooded in hurricane ****** and the batteries apparently were ruined and I did not have the manual key to open the safe. I contacted stamp-on to get a replacement key. They explained that I needed to fill out a form, get it notarized and pay $20. They had one way to pay (******) one way to ship ******* and that it would take approx. 2 weeks. I jumped through all those hoops and never got the keys or any responses to numerous emails. This is the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. Never buy any stamp-on products as sooner or later you will need customer service.

      I purchased a safe from **********. I was unable to set the combination because the button was broken. It was also missing the cap. I emailed over two months ago and they never responded.

      We lost the key to our gun cabinet. On October 14th, I attempted to submit a replacement form from the company. The form had a glitch. I attempted many phone calls and could not get through. Over that week I spent hours upon hours attempting to compete the form and to call. I remained on hold 1 hour as I was driving. Finally got a form submitted and I paid for 2 keys on Nov 5th. The keys have not been received. I have submitted forms requesting help and including the receipt but as of today no answers.

      I went to the Stack-on website and got all the forms and directions for obtaining a replacement key for my gun safe. All forms were notarized completed and fee paid. However, Stack-on safe company is not sending me my replacement key, providing me an answer to why there is not a tracking number and Mr. ***** ******* keeps stalling in responses to me. I believe this to be some kind of scam by the Stack-on ************* Please help me any way you can.

      I submitted a ticket to get my key replacement for my safe and was instructed to get a form notarized and send $20 payment to get my key shipped before 10 business days and I never received the key and they are now not responding at all to my inquires and this is a scam to get just $20 bucks of desperate safe owners.

      On 9-24-24 I filed a request with the company for replacement keys to my safe. I have lost or misplaced the original keys. A series of emails required that I fill out a form and have it notarized. On 10-1-24 I submitted the notarized form via the internet on their website. On 10-5, *****, and ***** I resubmitted the information and asked for a response. To date their has been no response to any of my follow up requests. I committed to pay for the replacement keys and yet no response. I finally notified them by email that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. My initial contact with ********************************************************************** was one ***** *******. The case number they assigned is noted below. Thank you for your assistance.

      My ticket #*******. I can't get any movement on my problem. My stack on case doesn't lock up properly exposing firearms to my kids. Stack on doesn't care. I can't get them to help me and ship me a new lock. Terrible customer service.

      January 20 2023 I purchased a stack on 18 gun cabinet from the ********** website, upon the package arriving the 24th of January I immediately noticed multiple areas of damage on the cabinet. Most importantly the cabinet was shipped without keys, so they just sent a locked box. I emailed customer service and have called multiple times, and no remedy has been given. I have even reached out to stack on via their social media pages. This was not a small purchase for me, and I even offered to pay out of pocket to have the keys shipped to me and told the customer service representative ************** would keep the damaged cabinet. I have received zero help or corrections to this problem and I would like to file a complaint against this company for sending damaged products that are missing parts, and refusing to correct the issue. At this point I am requesting that a completely new 18 gun cabinet be sent to me at no charge to me, considering they sent me a severely damaged locked cabinet missing keys.
