    I was charged $590.00 for a welded manifold..which the company said was new/used..and charged $249.08 for catlast converter that was not put on the rear of the vehicle.There was also 5 toll fees obtained while at the shop which accumulated late fees of $24.10. Which taken me awhile to be reimbursed after filing the complaint at the police office.. There were items missing from the vehicle.. There's no explanation of how they became missing nor anyone knows anything..Police report was filed..I have been shown underneath the vehicle exactly the parts that were put on the vehicle & not put on.. I've taken pictures of what was welded instead of replaced. And the vehicle is now for sale.. I suggested to him if the manifold could be welded he said "No".. He showed me a rear catlast converter that.he said" he replaced " but didn't.. I taken a picture of it while at his own shop.. There's nothing under neath the rear that looks replaced.. It was showed to me..Over the 2 weeks time the vehicle was at the shop. We had to rent a car which cost $934.00 for my daughter to get to work..It had been so stressful that I spent a whole day in the emergency room.... I would like to be reimbursed for the rental as well or some parts of it.. in otherwords, the same problem we had with the vehicle when we brought it in the shop, was the same problem we had when it left the shop..Because the vehicle was driven miles to Touhy Toll.. & etc. the radiator hose was leaking even more& the oil pan gasket leak was getting worse..When we picked up the vehicle, there was no antifreeze or oil in the vehicle..When traded in the vehicle.. The dealer had to replace the radiator hose ,oil change & oil pan ..We also paid $25.00 for a oil change that didn't happen..Because the dealer said he changed ******* was black.. It is running & up for sale.. *********** suggested to us to look for another vehicle because of the mileage on the vehicle After charging us all this money.Please help!
