    I ordered the rotating curling iron set as a Christmas gift and need to return it. I reached out to customer service and was told that it's not eligible for a return and is final sale. It didn't say 'final sale' anywhere on the page where I bought the product! She said I would have had to have gone into the returns tab to read the print there to see that it wouldn't be returned. What a scam!! All legitimate companies post 'final sale' next to the purchase price they don't hide it on other tabs. I've seen many other reviews with the same complaint. What horrible customer service and this company has no core values in being honest and transparent with customers.

    Tried to return a curling iron because I bought two by mistake. They refused to help me because they were bought on sale. ******** customer service. Leaves emojis at the end of their comments which is so condescending and rude. The product itself doesn't work that great either.

    I attempted to return an item that was on sale for store credit and received the following: Your return request has been rejected for the following reason(s): Thank you for your business and for contacting us. We strive to provide the best service possible. The Final Sale Policy applies if the item was marked "Final Sale" and thus is not returnable or ****************** sale is not mentioned anywhere on the item that was ordered or on my confirmation. This is unscrupulous business practice.

    I like the way the beachwaver curls hair HOWEVER I had to buy about 4 in the last 2 years because they always break. These aren't cheap either. I got my last one in February and it broke a few weeks ago. The button to rotate it broke. Which is one of the main things that keeps breaking (besides the pins that hold the clamp on coming out also). Their customer service is horrible. They want to give you the runaround and make you send your curling iron in and once they receive it and process it, then they say they will send out another one. But that does you no good if you need to style your hair in the meantime. Spoke with a rep who told me they would make an exception and send out the new one and then, once I receive it, they would allow me to send back the damaged one, but the next ****** I talked to when I asked where it was, told me they would not honor that.

    I purchased the Beachwaver Pro online from their website. Upon receiving it, I realized it did not work well with my hair and initiated a return. My return was denied because I used a discount code in my purchase and I am now being told the sale was final. I had NO IDEA the sale would be final and NEVER would have bought a $200 curling iron if I had known I could not return it! The discount code used came up AUTOMATICALLY because I have Capitol One Shopping on my laptop. To tell people their item cannot be returned AFTER they make their purchase because they received a DISCOUNT is the height of shadiness and bad business. BEWARE!!!

    I ordered from a link in their Tik-Tok live. This link had all 3 items I wanted, viewable on the tile. I placed my order, and was under the impression it would be added to their packing show. I put my order in the Tik-tok video, as they said and no one said a word. When it shipped before the packing show, I had a feeling the free items wouldn't be in the order. It arrived two days after the packing show, and was only the Beachwaver case. When I reached out to customer service, all they could do was apologize and say **** tries to tell everyone in her lives. This is a dishonest practice, meant to pull in extra revenue. They get more orders, and give fewer free items, when they do not send what was promised. I was a loyal customer but this did it for me.

    Bought this product for a Christmas gift. When I received the box, not only did I not receive everything I bought, but they sent me a regular curling iron. I have been trying to reach them but, no luck. Paid over $100 for something that looks like I could have bought for $20. Does anyone have a number for these people?

    I see many negative reviews below, but that has not been my experience. My first purchase was the 1 inch. It took me a couple of minutes to get it down, but man, it was oh so worth it. I have long, think hair. It made the most beautiful curls that my hair actually held. I then purchased the **** and love that for a looser curl. I did have an issue with my 1inch breaking at the wand just as someone else did. However, my experience with customer service was great. I followed the instructions on how to submit. My replacement was approved with in a couple of days and I had a new curling iron in hand in under 10 days. I would highly recommend this product.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!This company is a ripoff. First off the product does not work as shown in all these adds they post. Unless you keep the iron on full power 410 degrees and keep on your hair for at least 2 minutes so that your hair is burnt and damaged. Then you try and return the product for a refund and they give you some BS story that it was a final sale which no where when I ordered this product did it claim anything about a final sale can or you could not return if it was a sale price. There are numerous complaints about this company on the BBB from customers that are in the same predicament. Do not fall for this product. Also the clip that holds your hair in place before you rotate is only like an inch long which is probably part of the problem why it does not work. It is a bunch of junk and this so called a business run by woman should be ashamed of themselves.

    DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased one of their Beachwaver curling iron products when they were on the TODAY SHOP. First time I used it, less than 30 days from purchase, the lever which holds the hair in place, broke. I have sent two requests for a shipping label to return for a refund. The first request they denied it because I forgot to attach the invoice, they didn't even give me a chance to submit it. The second time I submitted the invoice along with my PayPal receipt but instead of receiving a well get back with you response I got directions on how to place an order! *** followed up with another email but they're ignoring it.
