      I purchased a 3 for 2 card with this merchant. Where you will receive a free pizza when purchasing 2. Every time I call I am made to come into the store to show my card to verify. The customer service is always very rude one employee is very disrespectful and out right rude offensive and combative. My orders are cancelled upon picking up my order and Im made to wait additional time for order to be made. This offer does not expire for these issues are ongoing. Each employee refuses to give names places me on hold hangs up etc. Whenever they do accept an order at discount its delivered cold and or damaged by handling. Ive complied with their demand on several occasions and still no relief. They are discriminatory as well. This is false advertisement when I cant even apply the discount of the 3 for 2 card only to be charged full price for every order. I request a refund for the numerous orders charged at full price. For my account has been flagged for complaints about pricing. Attached is a call log of my incident tonight of me trying to place an order and having the employees play on the line and refuse my discount and cancel my order entirely refused to provide names. Employees customer service very rude discriminating against me and making me continuously jump through hope failing to fulfill their advertised pricing

      We received your complaint from Shukeitha ******* about an incident that occurred on 8/31/24 regarding her 3/2 card. I spoke to my partner, **** *********, who was managing the store that night. He told me ********** called and cancelled the order after a dispute and then showed up at the store to complain about the service and card verification. The card is an unadvertised perk for our best customers that allows them to get a free ******************** for every 2 purchased with that order. It is good for that customer and his immediate family for life, as long as they have the card. We charge $10 for every card issued. The card number is then entered in our computer data base. The card numbers are often passed around to extended family, friends and sometimes entire factories. That is not their intended use, so we do occasionally ask to see the card. ****** has a similar policy.
      We apologize for any rudeness or unsatisfactory customer service Ms. ******* received. It is not our intention to ever leave that impression. We want Ms. ******* to know she is a valued customer, having ordered from us nearly 100 times over the last 6 years and we want her to continue to do so. We left a credit for a large pizza under her phone number and if she has any further requests, she can email me directly at *********************.

      I have been a very loyal customer in which I ordered ******************** at least once a week sometimes a couple timers a week. 03/18/2024 I ordered a pizza from Mikes Pizza. When it was delivered I received a burnt pizza that was completely not edible. I called them to inform them of their mistake and the female that answered the phone was extremely rude, had a bad attitude and used profanity when addressing me. She accused me of falsely submitting complaints and completely fabricated lies of situations happening in past orders. I was not offered any compensation and her resolution was to out right deny me any future transactions which was perfectly fine with me considering I was verbally assaulted and feel ripped off. I have to throw away a whole charred pizza which I paid for.
