      I have been a tenant at *************************** for 2 and a half years. I have always paid my rent on time and do not cause problems. My car (**** **** Mustang) was towed today by your towing company, apparently because I did not have a sticker on the windshield. The reason I didn't have a sticker is because when I was driving the car, the hood flew up and smashed the windshield. I was forced to replace the windshield. The old sticker was on it. I have attached a photo of my car with the cracked windshield and the sticker clearly visible as well as a photo of the windshield being repaired. My car was parked in my spot, is recorded as being my personal vehicle with you, and is licensed and registered to this address. My car is a convertible and is assigned to an end spot - there are no other convertibles in the lot, it sticks out as a sports car, and I KNOW the tow truck company has seen it parked here before as I have been here for over 2 and a half years! I am on unemployment currently, suffer from mental health issues, and I cannot afford to pay the fees (currently $310 but will increase per day!) that the towing service is demanding I pay. Please help me!!!! I also spoke with ****, the office manager of the complex, and she apologized profusely and said what they did was wrong. She advised me to write a letter to the owners of the complex, which I have already done. I have also notified my Lake ************************ case manager. If I am not reimbursed for this fee, I 100%, absolutely will take you to court!!!!
