    Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. It started with horrible communication from the beginning after my order was placed 10/31/23 with an original lead time of 2 weeks. I was never given an order # or a confirmation that my order was ever actually placed. After following up a couple of times with the sales associate that I placed the order with I was never given an answer. I had to escalate this issue after not receiving any communication back from them for 2 weeks. I reached out to the sales director about the issue to find out that the product was behind in production and had not shipped when promised. Not a big issue, but would have been nice to be told this to account for lost time. But it goes on further I am afraid. I am told that our order was placed from a third party and that USABlueBook is not in control of the situation. They do assure me however that the order will be shipped finally and will be expedited on their behalf with covered shipping costs. This was mid December with the expectation that it would be shipped 12/19/23. I check back the week of 12/19/23 to get no answer again from USABlueBook about our order and am left in the dark. The holidays come and go and still am left with no answer from management of their company that promised to escalate the matter.Here we are mid January with out the product delivered.Some redeeming factors of this exchange have been that most of their customer service associates that I have dealt with are kind and helpful. As for the direction in leadership, could use some real help.
