    my bill has been coming out automatically for 4-5 months, due on the 10th of each month and i have always had to drive the bill to them until auto pay became available and i haven't missed a payment for 5 years. their system messed up and did not take out my payment for October and they came and locked my water meter telling me i had to pay an extra 100 dollars plus the bill amount to have it unlocked i paid the bill and they refused to come back and turn it on and said i have to wait until the next business day told me a shower will have to wait and they cant help me although the guys turning meters off were nearby and i was told from the secretary herself that she couldn't call them and say i paid. this is very un-professional and shows they care no more about there customers and only about the money something needs to be done about this company and there rules there was also NO NOTICE to us about the payment no working and i was told by them they do not notify customers anymore. i would love a 100 dollar refund i also paid $5.56 cents on my phone manually to make sure my end was working and it was.

    We have a strict policy that states if a consumers account has a negative balance with no previous approved payment arrangements made, the meters are scheduled to be locked on the 24th or within a few days of that date. Our consumers are welcome to contact us directly at anytime to discuss billing concerns and to make payment arrangements. We do not reach out to them to collect or to avoid being added to our lock schedule. We have heard from the consumer since this complaint, we explained our process and the consumer apologized.
