I reached out to Paw 4 U 4 to purchase a puppy. I was promised a medium size puppy that would be up to 60 lbs. The lady ***** I worked with knew that I was an elder woman of 80 years old and what I expected for a companion dog. I had to give her son $200.00 cash and sign paperwork. She dropped off a Catahoula Leopard puppy for a trial weekend. She told me he was almost potty trained and told me I could keep him for 3 weeks to see if he was compatible. ***** advised that I needed to mail her an additional $250.00 ,which I mailed a check on February ****** for the dog. The 3 weeks I had the dog he was very aggressive and was not potty trained at all. He was biting me constantly and I could not control him. I looked up what a Catahoula Leopard dog was after I had him for 3 weeks to find that he needs constant attention and walks and that he could be up to 110 lbs. This dog also is know for climbing trees and fences and needs constant attention and walks. I contacted ***** ***** and advised her that this dog was not compatible for me and I wanted her to come get him and return my $450.00. ***** send a woman from a ****** home, ******** to come get him. ******** advised me that I signed a contract and I had to call ***** regarding a refund. I contacted ***** and left numerous voicemails for my money back and she hasn't returned my calls or money. In between my trial with the puppy I also found out that I have stage 3 kidney disease and I advised this to ******** and ***** and told them that the dog is just to aggressive for me and they knew I am in no shape to be walking a dog or chasing it if it got out. Please help me to have my money returned. I feel that they knew all about this poor puppy and took advantage of me. Thank you.
