    Ordered a top mirror for my 2022 F350. On the website it says fits a 2022 F350 when I went to add the product to the cart it only had 2 options either aftermarket or boost brand. It did not say anywhere that these mirrors would not fit a OEM tow mirror. In fact saying these mirrors would fit a 2022 F350 but not fitting it at all is exactly what happened. I immediately called to return and get my money back. The lady told me I needed to send pictures first to prove the mirrors would not fit. I did and I received a email stating to watch the ******* video on how to properly install. I again emailed saying it was not the correct mirror. Again received an email stating to watch part of a video where you have to physically break the back of the mirror to make fit. I did this and the mirror still would not fit and the blind spot cable was different. Now Boost is saying to return the mirror they will take a 15% restock fee plus I pay for shipping. I paid $50+ for shipping originally.

    I purchased a set of mirrors from Boost Auto and they started malfunctioning from the very start. Their response was to put me off and when I suggested I needed to return the mirrors because they did not work I encountered more tactics intended to put me off of getting what I had paid for. I just want to return the mirrors that do not work and get my money back. These are supposed to function as intended and these never have.When I put the original mirrors on they function flawlessly, so it is definitely Boost Autos mirrors.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      I do not have the ability or equipment to trouble shoot their mirrors. They do not work properly, have never worked properly and this is another a tic to delay any equitable settlement. Only a full refund will be satisfactory.

    We have made no further progress with this customer and wish to have the status on the BBB website updated to "Resolved". Unfortunately, this customer was completely unwilling to comply with our publically stated policies or work with us to resolve the issue.

    As the customer states, their issue is intermittent, meaning it only happens every now and then. As professionals in our trade, we've investigated the issue, but it is extremely hard to replicate. As we stated to the customer, we have seen their concern only a few times before and it is not directly caused by our product. The root of the customer's concern is not with our product, but rather the technology within their vehicle.

    We offered multiple options to help this customer by phone and email, but the customer would not comply with our requests for more information, which is outlined in our publically stated policies, accessible by customers both pre and post-purchase, to try and fully resolve the issue.

    I've attached the email transcript from our team's communication with this customer last year before the complaint was left with the BBB. As you can see, we made multiple attempts to try and help the customer resolve this issue. I have also linked our publically stated policies below that customers should be familiar with prior to purchase.
