  My wife and I recently had A.E. Tile install our kitchen backsplash and we love it. **** made the entire process very easy and the Company has great communication. We were so happy with the backsplash we asked if they were interested in installing our kitchen floor. **** made the installation of our LVP *************** as well. Installers were professional, friendly, prompt and did great work on our 100+ year old house.

  ****'s crew replaced the tile floor in two of our bathrooms. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. He promptly provided a quote based on pictures I sent him. He also has relationships with tile shops, so you can take advantage of better pricing and assistance picking out tile. He scheduled the work for the day after our tile was delivered. They put down drop cloths on the floor from our front door, up the stairs, to both bathrooms to protect the hardwood and carpet. The installation looks professional, which is a big improvement over the builder-installed tile. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves, but you will have to expect to clean up fine dust in the room and nearby areas. We anticipated this and covered furniture in our bedroom. **** followed up with me when the job was complete to make sure that we were happy. I highly recommend A. E. Tile and will use them again if we have the need again in the future.

  We had a tub to walk-in shower renovation done 18 months ago by a now bankrupt contractor. That contractor has disappeared. The threshold (curb) buckled from water leakage and needed improvment. *************************** recommended **** at AE tile. The threshold was expediently and competently fixed and improved by ****'s *********************. However the contract includes the words quote: "remove shower door left and right and reinstalled". *** had no impact wrench or adequate tools, using only a small screwdriver and brute force stripped the screws (for which later **** wanted to charge me). *** decided to re-install the door 1/4 inch higher, and eyeballed the holes without measuring. The doors are heavy plate glass, and did not line up after that. Before they worked fine, we used the shower that same morning. Before they skimmed the buckled curb but did not interfere (the old stone shows no marks whatsoever of scraping). Not that it matters on reinstall. On reinstallation the hinges were not even flush to the wall, with gaps 1/16 to 1/8 inch. After my advising **** of a negative review coming, enduring ****'s anger tirades, with **** never at any time coming to my home to view, finally **** sent a new tile crew (not door installers) the next day. They got the hinges flush but still could not get the doors to line up. There was 3/4 inch misalignment top to bottom. **** ordered his crew to leave, denied all responsibility, blamed me, and began a blistering attack of disparaging texts and phone calls. The glass door vendor came by two days later and advised the walls are perfectly fine, the one and only problem is the new s**** holes were not properly lined up. As a result I must replace several ruined tiles and of course have the doors installed properly. When things went wrong, **** took no responsibility. He viciously attacks the customer, making it personal rather than just professional. I would not recommend his services.

  ************** hired us only to redo your shower base that the previous contractor that you hired , did very, very poor work and quality, and you had several leaks, and I was pretty IN FRONT WITH YOU ,that if we change the shower base and the high of the curb, the old shower door was not going to fit and possible 95% was not going to fit ,( because your existing shower door clapped and because your existing curb was broken in. Three different pieces)and this conversation was done with you even before you accept the contract!But on the end we made work , because I have to hire a glass guy to put in a new panel and that was not part of my scope of work or contract On the end we did our job and MORE !!!!Luckily and mostly of customer understand the process !!!!Our contract was ( remove CUSTOM shower door, remove existing shower base and curb , creating new pitch and tile install and grout )Custom Shower door was not part of our CONTRACT to Re-install back , because been a custom shower door need to be fitting the custom or existing measurements )Was in the contract that YOU had to hire a glass company!!!!
